One-time fees and marketplace
- ESG Ready badge, verified by ThinkOmni: CAD 600 per review, valid one year, renewal at the same fee.
- Consultant onboarding: CAD 200 once, before vetting.
- Marketplace bookings: the advisor's hourly rate, of which 30 percent is the platform fee.
- Grant success commission: 5 percent of an awarded amount, only where you opt in to the success-fee terms.
Billing notes
- Annual prepay is ten months for twelve: two months free.
- Tax: HST, GST or PST is added by province and charged through Stripe Tax; the rate follows your billing address.
- Invoices show THINKOMNI TECH INC. and the registered office. Subscriptions are managed in the Stripe customer portal from Settings, Billing.
- Free plan quotas are enforced in the server and are intentionally tight. Upgrading never changes your data or settings.
